HVAC or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems refers not only to heating and cooling of commercial and residential buildings but to any moving air between indoor and outdoor areas as well.

BF GROUP provides the following services related to HVAC systems:

• construction of ventilation systems;
• maintenance and balancing of ventilation systems;
• inspection of the mechanical ventilation system, inspection and cleaning of the technical condition, in accordance with the requirements of the Latvian legislation: Cabinet Regulation No. 238 “Fire Safety Regulations”. The condition of mechanical ventilation systems shall be inspected and cleaned once every five years (Paragraph 91 of Cabinet Regulation No. 238 “Fire Safety Regulations”). If mechanical ventilation systems extract flammable gases, vapors or dust, are in an explosion-proof design and are equipped with protective devices that prevent foreign bodies from entering the system, such ventilation systems shall be inspected and cleaned at least once a year Paragraph 94 of Cabinet Regulation No. 238 “Fire Safety Regulations”). 

The cleaning of the mechanical ventilation system is done with professional equipment "Pressovac" (made in Finland) which has outstanding performance reputation worldwide. The technical condition of the mechanical ventilation system is checked and cleaned by experienced and certified specialists who have obtained a “Pressovac” certificate for work with ventilation system cleaning equipment. Throughout the mechanical ventilation cleaning process, video and photo capture is performed with the VIS 350 inspection camera to reflect the condition of the ventilation system before and after the cleaning.

• inspection and cleaning of the technical condition of chimneys, heating devices or equipment and natural ventilation ducts, in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 238 “Fire Safety Regulations”;
• construction and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
